Join us for the HYROX Race Series, designed specifically to improve your running skills for HYROX competitions.

Whether you’re racing HYROX solo and choose the 10k option, or you’re doing doubles with a friend and choose the 5k option, or simply enjoy challenging yourself, this race series is for you.

This is a great opportunity to value yourself, improve as a runner, and connect with like-minded athletes.

Even if you’re not planning to race HYROX, participating in a 5k or 10k is an excellent way to push your limits within a supportive community.

Event Dates

First Race: Sunday, August 4th, 8 a.m.

Second Race: Sunday, September 22nd, 8 a.m.

Registration

Course: A 1.61-mile loop around the Eastside community, starting and finishing at Squatch Frontier Fitness.

5k Participants: Complete the loop twice.

10k Participants: Complete the loop four times.

10k Participants: Complete the loop four times.

10k Participants: Complete the loop four times.

Support

Team PWR Lift

Providing hydration stations along the course and motivational assistance.

Post-Race Meal

Includes a variety of foods and fruit. We will also have 1st PHORM with goodies.

Recovery Lounge

Featuring contrast therapy (sauna and ice baths), compression sleeves, and other recovery outlets. Physiotherapists will be available for post-race needs.

Footages

Our in-house videographer will capture photos and videos of participants. A link will be provided in the follow-up email after the race. This is included with your ticket purchase.

Free weekly sessions every Wednesday at 6 a.m. at Squatch Frontier Fitness, focusing on speed work.

Programming Progression by Coach Bray

Long Runs: A detailed plan for long runs over the six weeks leading up to the second race, which you can complete alone or with the group.

Mobility Exercises: Specific exercises for runners.

This race series helps you establish a baseline to improve your performance, with plenty of support and resources available to enhance your race day experience and training journey.
